UA-Hub 4.6.2.0 offers the following bugfixes.

UA Hub 4.4.5.0 fixes several issues related to PoE, door opening detection, rare device crashes, and Leave Unlocked mode. 

Bugfixes

• Fixed the PoE output power drop issue during UA Hub restart. (UA Hub Door is not affected by this issue.)
• Fixed the issue where Leave Unlocked mode ending could interfere with door state set by other modes, e.g., evacuation.
• [Identity Enterprise] Fixed the issue where the device incorrectly reported the following events to Identity Enterprise as unauthorized door openings:
• The door was opened after being unlocked remotely.
• The door was opened during Emergency Evacuation mode.
• Fixed the following issues caused by the device crash:
• Users could not unlock doors within a brief timeframe.
• The device update initially failed but was successful upon retrying.

• Adjusted the total PoE power budget limit to 45W.
• The Emergency mode can take immediate effect upon activation (requires Access application 1.21.8 or later).
• Updates on users, visitors, NFC cards, and door access policies can be synced to the device immediately (requires Access application 1.21.4 or later).

New Features

• Added support for the following features in Access application > Devices > Location Hubs > select a Hub > Overview (requires Access application v1.20.13 or later).
• Unlock doors for a specific duration.
• End the Leave Unlocked schedule ahead of time.
• Always keep doors locked. Users can only unlock doors remotely or by using a physical button.

Topology

• Improved the display of UA device topology in the Network application, ensuring that the connection of readers to the UA Hub within the topology is accurately represented.

Known issues

• Updating UA Hubs may sometimes fail. Update failures are not system-threatening. When this occurs, please attempt the update again. 

UA Hub 4.1.3.8 enables admins to set the AUX DRY mode and the AUX POWERED mode separately, has optimized the UA Hub’s removal and LED behaviors, and has fixed issues associated with door unlock and emergency mode.

• Added support for setting the AUX DRY mode and the AUX POWERED mode separately (requires the UniFi Access application v1.5.10 or later).
• The DRY Port can be set to three modes:

• Scenario 1: You have installed one UA-Pro outdoor and one chime indoor, and you want the chime inside to ring when someone makes a call on UA-Pro:

2. Click Devices and select a hub. A panel showing the hub details will appear.
3. Click Ports.
4. Scroll down to AUX Mode and select Doorbell Mode.
5. Click Save.

• Scenario 2: You have installed the chime indoors, and you want the chime inside to ring when someone presses the doorbell push button outside. 

1. Launch your UniFi Access application.
2. Click Devices and select a hub. A panel showing the hub details will appear.
3. Click Ports.
4. Scroll down to AUX Mode and select Doorbell Mode.
5. Scroll down to REN Mode and select Doorbell Mode.
6. Click Save.

2. To set the DPS input terminal, follow the steps below:

1. Launch your UniFi Access application.
2. Go to Devices.
3. Select a UA-Hub and click Ports.
4. Scroll down to the Input Terminal section.
5. Select High Active NO or Low Active NC from the DPS dropdown menu.

• Support automatically repairing the database of a UA-Hub.

Bugfixes

• Fixed an issue where doors were automatically unlocked when the following three conditions were met: 

1. Policies were synced from UniFi OS Console to UA-Hub.
2. Unlock Schedule was enabled.
